This course is designed to teach students the basic techniques to drawing and painting and develop confidence and skills through a range of weekly tutored workshops. Students will explore a range of exciting materials, colour creation, light and shade, as well as artistic styles, applying techniques and tips to landscape, still life and personal projects. This course will be informative, challenging and fun. For absolute beginners or those who just want to have a go.

First week - All students should bring an A3 sketchbook of good quality cartridge paper and a variety of pencils (HB and 2B are ideal).
