Indian Head Massage - Introduction

Come along and learn something new, something you can share with family and friends, something to help relaxation, reduce stress and provide a feeling of well-being. You are invited to this'hands-on? taster day in Tunbridge Wells providing an introduction to Indian Head Massage and step-by-step guidance and instruction on how to give a treatment. By the end of the workshop you will be able to perform a simple shoulder, neck and head massage, with guidance where necessary, for use in the home on family and friends. Anyone interested in learning massage skills to use on family and friends.

Entry requirements

A large towel (with safety pin) or sarong, hair band or clip to keep hair off shoulders for that part of the massage, a small cushion or another rolled up towel to support the head and neck during part of the massage. Short nails help to perform the massage movements and not to make it uncomfortable for your partner! It will be necessary to remove earrings, chains and large rings.
