On this Holistic Healing Introduction in Tunbridge Wells we will explore various approaches to healing from a personal to planetary level by participating in visualising guided imagery, Hand on Healing and Absent Healing and by perceiving the energy centres within the metaphysical body. Some of the topics covered will be Group Circle Healing where each student (if comfortable with it) receives projected healing from the group in turn; Absent Healing from personal to planetary where we will Visualise healing aspects, leading from individual to family and friends, to groups or nations and finally focusing on healing planet Earth. For anybody with an interest in alternative therapies and who wants to explore holistic healing and it's differing approaches. No experience in this subject area is necessary.
