Reflexology - Introduction

On this course in Tunbridge Wells you will be introduced to the ancient healing art of reflexology, an holistic therapy that works on the theory that tiny reflexes in the feet correspond to organs, glands and other parts of the body. The course will cover reflexes and will include discussion on common ailments and contraindications. This is a practical hands-on course by the end of which you will learn how to give a basic treatment to friends or family. Anyone who has a desire to learn and practise the increasingly popular and beneficial therapy of Reflexology.
