These will include, Covering a cake with sugar paste, Simple piping skills, Decorating cup cakes . A Novelty cake for a child, Throughout the course you will learn about the types of icing used, how to use them effectively, using sugarcraft equipment and think about some simple but effective ideas for all occasions. This short course in Sandwich is for absolute beginners who would like to try their hand at some cake decorating before committing to a longer or more advanced course.
