The course aims to provide a creative forum for students who already have some experience in using a digital camera and wish to develop their knowledge and skills further. The emphasis will be on students working on self-identified and tutor-led projects with expert guidance. The edition of Photoshop software used on this course may vary from your own. We do, however, aim to teach transferable skills that can be applied to a variety of applications. By the end of this course you should be able to: Use advanced functions of your own camera. Identify specific subjects of personal interest to photograph. Manipulate and edit images using a variety of Photoshop features. Shoot and process RAW files. Shoot and process HDR images. Shoot pictures at night. Take Portrait photographs. Take Landscape photographs. Work to health and safety guidelines. Students who have already attended an introductory course or who have experience of using a digital camera and related software.
