By the end of the course you should be able to: - create a variety of differing styles of floral arrangements using fresh flowers and foliage, - confidently apply floristry techniques to an appropriate level, - understand the care and conditioning needs of a variety of plant material, - show a knowledge and understanding about seasonal plant material, - demonstrate an awareness of basic design and colour theory, Homework is not a requirement of the course, but you will need to source flowers for your class each week. This course will enable you to progress from the ten week Introduction to Floristry to higher level and accredited floristry courses. It will also take those who have a little experience to the next level.
