This short course is a basic introduction to Psychology and Psychological theories. Itwill introduce psychology and discuss and compare key concepts and research methods. It will include: Developing awareness of psychological methods; the findings of key psychological methods; the ideas of influential psychologists including Freud, Pavlov, Piaget and Darwin; the development of psychology from a historical perspective and its future; designing your own experiment.
