This course is aimed at photographers who have intermediate to advanced level photography skills. This course looks at the skills and technical knowledge required to shoot macro photography. The course begins in the classroom photographing a series of still life subjects and then progresses (weather dependent) outdoors where students will be given the opportunity to photograph'live? subjects. Course Aims, To produce a series of macro shots, To be able to use a variety of manual settings to best capture a variety of moving and still subjects, To be able to frame and compose images, To be able to secure and control close up environments, There is no qualification for this course. This course is aimed at photographers who have intermediate to advanced level photography skills and who have an advanced Digital SLR camera or advanced Bridge Camera (with Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority and Manual settings - A,S,M on the mode wheel), a USB cable or card reader, a dedicated Macro Lens and a Tripod.

Entry requirements

Please do not buy anything especially for this course before it starts. All students will need either a DSLR or advanced Bridge Camera (with Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority and Manual settings - A,S,M on the mode wheel) as well as USB cable or card reader.
