Floristry - Autumn Flowers and Foliage

This flower arranging course in Sevenoaks uses autumn flowers, foliage and berries.It is for beginners and those who have attended floral art courses for a while and wish to continue to develop their flower arranging skills. There will be emphasis on using seasonal plant material and related designs. Those wishing to develop their flower arranging skills further to create beautiful autumn arrangements for their home.

Entry requirements

Students will need to provide their own flowers and foliage, containers, mechanics, floral foam and accessories that are sometimes needed for the design each week. Good scissors and secateurs, a notebook and pen and a table covering are required together with a camera for recording work each week . For the first lesson please bring three types of flowers and some foliage to make a vertical arrangement together with ceramic plant pot with a diameter of 14 to 16cms to use as a container. Floral foam and basic mechanics are available to purchase in class.
