This course in Tai Chi is a further opportunity to develope your skills and experience in this form of exercise. By the end of the ocurse: Students should be able to name 2-3 points from 'The 10 Points of the Yang Family', Students should be able to perform by following at least 2 'Organ Breathings', Student should be able to perform by following Tai chi sequence up to 'Diagonal Flying', For those who have completed the beginners course or have experience of Tai Chi.
