Are you new to bookkeeping, or do you already work in a bookkeeping/data processing role but are unfamiliar with manual bookkeeping skills? Then this 'Bookkeeping Introduction' course in Maidstone is for you. This short course has been designed as an introduction for those considering a bookkeeping qualification in the future and aims to provide you with a fundamental understanding of how to post into manual accounts and an outline of the principles of double entry bookkeeping. This course in Maidstone is aimed at those who are new to the skills and knowledge required of bookkeepers. It is suitable for those considering studying the 'Bookkeeping (incl. Computerised Accounts) City and Guilds Level 1 Award' course or the 'AAT Award In Bookkeeping Level 1' course. In addition, it is suitable for students preparing for employment in bookkeeping roles and also those who are already employed in bookkeeping and/or data processing roles. Please note that you should be able to follow spoken and written instructions, read handouts/exercises and take part in group discussions.
