Aromatherapy - Introduction

Students will cover: The history of essential oils, uses and applications: eg: Baths, Massages, Compresses, and Steam Inhalations. Which oils are suitable for which common ailments and reasons why not to use (contra-indications). The art of creating simple blends and how to buy and store oils safely. Anyone interested in Aromatherapy and the safe use of essential oils. PLEASE NOTE THE COURSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT STUDENTS.
