Teaching methods will include demonstration, explanation, discussion and times for question and answer sessions. Your tutor will demonstrate exercises and routines and will talk you through all movements. Activities will be adapted to suit individual needs and capabilities. You will be carefully observed to ensure that you are working safely and be encouraged to monitor and record your progression on the course. You will be asked to complete a health questionnaire before the start of the course which must be given to your tutor at your first session.
