Badminton - Beginners

Students will learn the basic strokes of badminton, how to play a game at basic level and how to move safely around the court. Students wishing to learn how to play the game of badminton, either complete beginners or those with limited experience

Entry requirements

Wear clothing which does not restrict your movement, teeshirt and trousers for example, and trainers. A bottle of water or fruit juice. If you do not have a racquet wait until speaking with the tutor to get advise. There will be a £1 charge for shuttlecocks payable to the tutor.
