This sugarcraft course in Sandwich builds on the techniques learnt in the Sugarcraft Beginners course. At the end of the course you should be able to: make and decorate a two-tier wonky or topsy turvy cake. - make sugar orchid flowers. The course will also focus more on skills for working with Royal Icing including piping techniques and making run-outs. This course in Sandwich is ideal progression for those who have completed the Sugarcraft Beginners course. You should be confident icing cakes, working with different icing mediums and using the basic sugarcraft equipment.
