Mixed Media - Summer School

This 4 day Mixed Media course is designed with the 2D artist in mind and the various mediums that can be incorporated into Art work. All projects that are introduced over the 4 days will have clear instruction and demonstration with historical and contemporary input. The use of the sketchbook will be encouraged to collect information or to develop ideas for personal projects. You will be encouraged to develop individualised projects and ways of working. All levels of experience are welcome on this course. It is important to note that Art courses are practical and require a degree of manual dexterity. If you need to bring a carer with you, or be accompanied by another adult please ask to speak to the Programme Manager before you enrol.

Entry requirements

You should bring an A4 sketchbook of good quality cartridge paper, preferably with a hard cover and ring bound and a variety of pencils.You will need to provide your own materials and these will vary in cost according to the course requirements.
