UPDATED 20150720 09:53:48

This is one of a series of business seminars being delivered at the Enterprise Centre in Maidstone - Medvale House, Mote Road, ME15 6AH. The seminars are part of an occasional series which will take place on Thursdays in 2015-16. This particular seminar is designed for those interested in understanding how to set about applying for loans for your business. How can you persuade a reputable bank to lend you the money you need to start or expand your business? What terms and conditions should you expect to obtain remembering that you are entering into a binding contract with the bank and if you break these conditions the consequences could be serious? How do banks calculate interest payable and loans? In this seminar, you will find out how to set-up the details of your loan in an MS Excel spreadsheet, so that you can see exactly how much capital you will be paying off each month, using a tool that businesses have access to. This course is aimed at aspirant entrepreneurs of small businesses, start-ups and existing small businesses.
