Powerpoint - Enhance Your Presentations

Although most of us can use PowerPoint at a basic level to produce presentations, we are aware that there is a lot more that it can do. We also know that proficient use of such software can enhance our career prospects as well as our general productivity. The course aims to demonstrate the use of all the major functions of a presentation programme used at work or at home. Shortcuts, hints and tips will be shared. At the end of the course students should be able to produce professional looking presentations and understand most of the major features of PowerPoint. By the end of the course you should be able to: * design spreadsheets for a variety of different tasks, * use graphs, pivot tables and other statistical tools, * produce spreadsheets of use to you in your work, * explain various items of jargon The course is designed for those who have some computer literacy who wish to learn more about PowerPoint It wiill be assumed that you have some experience in using Windows programmes.
