This course will move on from basic skills and cover higher level skills and techniques for carving cakes, piping and modelling to make ambitious designs. This course is suitable for anyone who has attended the beginners class or has previous experience in sugarcraft including basic cake carving and modelling with sugar and chocolate paste.
