Cake Decorating - Improvers

This course will move on from basic skills and cover higher level skills and techniques for carving cakes, piping and modelling to make ambitious designs. This course is suitable for anyone who has attended the beginners class or has previous experience in sugarcraft including basic cake carving and modelling with sugar and chocolate paste.

Entry requirements

You will need: -A pen and notebook, -An apron, -Any cake decorating tools you have, The tutor will discuss exactly what you will be using at the first session. There will be a small cost each week as you will be asked to bring sponge cakes to ice. Please do not purchase any other equipment until you speak to the tutor during the first session.
