Cake Decorating - Beginners

This course will cover all the basic skills and techniques you need to successfully cover and decorate cakes in fun and exciting ways. You will learn to carve cakes and model from a variety of sugar and chocolate pastes. This course is suitable for anyone interested in cake decorating from complete beginners to those with a little prior experience.

Entry requirements

You will need: -A pen and notebook, -An apron, The tutor will discuss anything else you need at the first session. There will be a small cost each week as you will be asked to bring sponge cakes to ice. Please do not purchase any other equipment until you speak to the tutor during the first session. The tutor will be able to share and lend students some cake tools and materials.
