Stained Glass

Students will learn design and craft skills to produce stained glass window panes and copper foil work. Students will progress to their own projects which could include fan lights, lamps, jewellery boxes and terrariums. This course is for beginners and those with some prior experience.

Entry requirements

You will need a pen and notebook. An apron or overalls are optional. Open toe shoes must not be worn. For the first session novice students should bring an A3 size sheet of clear glass plus drawing materials. Returning or experienced students should bring design ideas and drawing materials. Please do not buy tools without first consulting the tutor. The cost of tools will be approximately £10-£25. There will be a small cost of consumables, lead, glass etc throughout the course.
