UPDATED 20150723 09:03:54

This course is aimed at learners who wish to progress on to health-related professional training courses. For example these could be in nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics and nutrition. However, we strongly recommend that you check the specific entry requirements of all degree courses you are interested in. To apply for this course you must be aged 19 or over on the 31st August 2015. We strive to prepare our learners for university life within a short year long course. This qualification is only acceptable to universities, therefore anyone wishing to start the course needs to ensure that this is their end goal. City College Coventry has successfully progressed learners on to universities all over the country with our Access to HE programmes. Universities are welcoming of students with Access qualifications but please note all universities have varying entry requirements and this pathway has been devised to direct learners toward NHS and care-based courses.
