These are work-based qualifications which will help learners to develop their work skills and allow them to progress in their employment. Learners will be required to take a mandatory unit on Work effectively and support others in a Retail Organisation. They will then be able to choose from a range of option units covering different areas in retail such as Audit Stock levels and Inventories in a Retail Environment, Manage the Payment Transaction Process in a Retail Environment, Organise the Delivery of Reliable Customer Service.
