In this introduction to Cake decorating you will learn the basic skills for cake decorating or improving the skills you already have. You will also be decorating cupcakes. You may be asked to bring a cake along (a maximum of 2 throughout the course) It is anticipated that you will decorate two cakes in this time span. You will be required to bring two cakes to the class the tutor will advise you.
