The Applied ICT course gives students an opportunity to gain a broad understanding of ICT and be able to study selected areas in more depth, to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of ICT and have an opportunity to apply learning in a practical and realistic way. Units include: the Information Age; the Digital Economy; the Knowledge Worker; Using Database Software; Managing ICT Projects; Using Multimedia Software. Six units need to be completed to achieve the full A-Level.
