This course aims to encourage students to take a broad view of Deign and Technology. It also develops students' capacity to design and make products and to appreciate the complex relations between design, materials, manufacture and marketing. Building on AS, students complete an exam on design and manufacture as well as producing a written or electronic folder and a manufactured outcome.
