This course will invite you into the world of wine and prepare you to appreciate wine in different ways. Learners will learn more about grape varieties, styles and regions, the ageing process, faults with wine and storage conditions. Learners will also learn how to taste wine professionally and judge the quality of the wine. The course will also provide valuable tips on buying wine for various meals and occasions. Average of five wines will be discussed weekly. The course fee contains the cost of resources.
