This is the second step within your career in which you will undertake a broad range of practical and theoretical subjects which will prepare you for employment or progression on to a higher level qualification. The aim of the course is to provide students with a range of practical skills and experience coupled with the background knowledge of the subjects in kitchen, larder, pastry & restaurant service. There will also be the opportunity for students to be involved in various visits, trade shows, to work with guest chefs and take part in a number of competitions. It is important to note that evening classes will also form part of the timetable.,This is a logical progression course from the Catering Start - up course.
