Dance For The Over 50'S

To learn a simple warm up and limbering routine that can be applied every day at home to improve posture and flexibility. To learn the basic steps of a variety of dance styles, using different music timings and rhythms. A chance to make new friends and have some fun. This course is suitable for all levels of ability, but is essential that any health problems are discussed with the Tutor at the start of the course.
