Level 2 First Diploma in Children's Play, Learning and Development

This course is for those who would like to develop their knowledge of caring for children and gain a qualification that will help them gain employment in the childcare sector. This course will cover working with babies and young children, up to the age of eight years of age under supervision. You will learn about safe, healthy and nurturing environments for children, supporting children with additional needs as well as supporting children with additional needs as well as supporting children and families. You will also be expected to complete a work placement as part of their qualification (subject to a criminal background check).
