Have you recently purchased a new digital camera and want to get the best out of it? Maybe you are a novice digital photographer and want to improve the quality of your photographs using the Photoshop image manipulation software? If so, this course is for you!

Entry requirements

If you wish to practise any of the techniques using your own pictures, you should bring them with you either on a CD or on a memory stick. If you wish to take away with you any of your modified pictures, you should do so using a memory stick of at least 1Gb capacity. The tutor will be happy to answer any questions you may have, whether on the finer arts of editing or offering useful advice about buying a digital camera, which may result in additional material being covered.Some time at the end of the day will be allowed for practising what has been covered, with individual guidance from the tutor wherever possible.
