Entry requirements

You should wear loose, comfortable clothing and footwear, and bring with you some talcum powder and two hand towels, packed lunch, drinking water and a pen, pencil, coloured pencils and notebook. Certain health conditions are contraindicated for massage and holistic therapies; if you have a medical problem and are unsure about your suitability for this course please contact the college prior to enrolling. Please note: that this course is not suitable for anyone suffering from epilepsy. Please bring a packed lunch and small change for tea/coffee refreshments.
