When progressing from an Intermediate Apprentice or Level 2 there is a big difference of expectation placed upon an individual. A greater level of responsibility has been given and the type of role and responsibilities have changed to those where there is less supervision and a greater emphasis on the use of initiative. There is less time spent doing more administrative tasks and more time on business roles. NVQ Business and Administration Level 3 can be delivered as a stand alone qualification if privately funded
