Food Safety in Catering Level 2 Award

Government regulations require a basic level of training for ALL staff who handle food including parttime and casual staff. This training will meet these requirements and lead to a nationally recognised qualification (Royal Society for Public Health). You develop essential knowledge about how to prepare and store food safely in order to prevent contamination of food and food poisoning. Assessment is via a multiple choice question paper. You must have a very good level of written English to enable you to pass this intensive one day course.
