If you want to grow to grow fruit organically then Fabulous Fruit is for you. This module will teach you a range of different techniques, including growing, training and summer and winter pruning to taking cuttings and off shoots in order to increase your plant stock. You will be working in the College greenhouse and on the organic production area. You can take this module individually or as part of the full series of five modules.
