This Improvers course is suitable for you if you have at least 6 weeks experience or if you would like to follow on from physio treatment. It will allow you to build on what you have already learnt and move onto the next level of exercises. Pilates concentrates on strengthening your stomach muscles & increasing the strength & flexibility of your back through gentle, slow, precise movements. This promotes improved posture, toned muscles & body shape.
