This course is packed full of practical projects involving solo work, performing in small groups and on major productions. There is also regular theoretical input. The course provides skills in acting, dancing and singing and is designed for students who wish to follow a career in musical theatre. Subjects include: Voice Improvisation Jazz dance Ballet Tap dance Singing skills Principles of acting Applying acting styles Acting auditions You'll learn all about the performing arts industry and will develop your skills in musical theatre. You'll enjoy trips to theatre shows and galleries and learn about the many areas that make up the performing arts industry. ? Students will need to have a flexible approach and be able to participate in group work.
