Level 5 International Diploma in Hospitality Supervision & Leadership

This is a full time course designed to be of particular benefit to individuals who envisage a supervisory or management role. Students will broaden their knowledge and gain important leadership and management skills to help them to take on greater responsibilities. Ideally students will already have some experience of working in the hospitality and catering industry. All students study the following modules: Lead a team to improve customer service Supervise functions Setting objectives and providing support for team members Developing working relationships with colleagues Contributing to the control of resources Supervise food & drink service Maintain the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment Support learning and development within your own area of responsibility Course Aims: To prepare and help students to achieve success in their working lives in a more senior hospitality role To provide students with an intellectual challenge To enable students to make an immediate contribution in employment
