This course has a structured approach in order to fully equip you with the essential skills needed for working in a business environment. You will build on skills you may already have such as organisational skills and word processing, developing them into the standards needed for a busy office setting. Modules that you will study include: - Working in business & administration - Business documents - Organising business travel & accommodation - Organising meetings - Handling diary systems - Text & word processing - IT skills – spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, desktop publishing - Career planning in administration - Communicating with customers - Using petty cash. At ncn we have fully up to date PC suites which will see you well-equipped for any office setting. You will also have access to our dedicated learning centres.
