Machines covered include excavators, forklifts, dumpers, tractors, generators, compressors and compaction equipment. Practical activities take place in large, well equipped workshops, and theory is developed through interactive tasks, using a wide range of information and communication technology including video, voting pads and internet links. Health and safety is central to all tasks.
