This course is aimed at learners who need a Spanish and would like to develop their language skills in a variety of contexts and a broad understanding of the culture of countries and communities where Spanish is spoken. The GCSE involves 2.5 hours per week class time, and you will need to do 2-3 hours of homework each week for coursework, assignments and preparation for examinations. Learners must maintain an attendance of above 85% and complete all set tasks for entry to exams. You and the teacher will decide if you will sit the Foundation or Higher exam.
