The course is aimed at competent, experienced gas engineers wanting to renew their ACS gas certification on appliances which are coming up for renewal.Each appliance course consists of half a day training and half a day open book multiple choice assessment and practical assessment on the specific appliance chosen.

The Assessment(s) require an individual to complete practical andor written assessments. Where necessary individuals will be asked oral questions by the Assessor.The scheme comprises of a number of gas-safety related assessments. Each assessment is subdivided into elements that reflect the competence that an individual is required to demonstrate in accordance with the Assessment Criteria.
