Health and Social Care Apprenticeship

Diploma in Health and Social care is to guide and assess the development of knowledge and skills relating to the health and social care workforce. There are three different pathways that can be completed: - Learning disability pathway - Generic pathway - Dementia pathway The apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace. There may be requirements to attend sessions in college to receive support with functional skills and to take exams.
