A 10wk, 20hour training course learning how to build a website using html, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver & Photoshop People interested in web design and building a bespoke website using CSS & html in Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop A 10wk introductory course, giving learners a good foundation in planning and producing a professional website. It begins by explaining key web jargon, then continues by creating simple web graphics using html. The students then progress onto Dreamweaver, the industry standard application used for creating and building professional websites, and through exercises, learn how to build a structured and consistent website. Using this application in conjunction with Adobe Photoshop (industry standard digital imaging application), the course culminates in an assignment and final project, where learners start to build their own websites. It is aimed at learners with some computer skills and experience, and provides a solid foundation and understanding of the internet and building professional looking websites.Lecture programme- Simple html coding- Setting a page structure in Dreamweaver- Building and editing div tags- Inserting and editing image objects- Adding and modifying other page elements- Preparing images for screen output- Creating a re-usable templates in Dreamweaver- Student project work: designing and building a unique website
