L1 Award in Animal Care

This course is ideal if you are new to animal care. This course develops your knowledge and understanding of what is needed to work with animals whilst under supervision. The aim of the course is to provide you with the skills to get a job caring for animals and to progress to further learning. Students will study a level 1 Award followed by certificate by Certificate land based studeis in Animal Care, as well as accreditation in English and Maths and personal and social development. Work experience in the sector will also be undertaken.
