This highly accomplished class on wired sugar flowers will equip you with all the skills that are required to create an array of realistic sugar flowers into a beautiful wired bouquet, ready to adorn the top of any wedding or special occasion cake. The flowers that will be recreated include jasmine, blossoms, roses, freesias and leaves. The primary aim of this course would be for you to be fully confident in working with sugar flower paste and using the flower tools. You will begin with building and assembling then move towards adding colours using colouring dusts to achieve realistic colours. You will then be taught how to wire your leaves and sugar flowers together with florist tape and how to safely attach onto the cake. All the sugar flowers created can be taken home to add to your very own cake.
