Candidates should undertake a role that involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities that are constantly developing and changing. Designed for individuals who have a management role which could include recruitment and budgetary responsibilities. It also covers business communication, creativity and innovation in the workplace, information gathering and analysis and managing customer service.
