Employability Skills provide skills support to individuals who looking to enter the employment market. The approach will ensure candidates and over are given the right level of skills and employability support to improve their skills and chances of gaining employment/starting new Apprenticeships. Job support is provided in all centres. Includes activities that will enhance an individual?s chance of gaining employment such as team working, communication skills, CV building, Interview techniques, financial management & budgeting Jobsearch is an integral part of the programme, job application is actively encouraged. Help and assistance is given in online applications and paper based applications, telephone applications and the interview process
