Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath. The tutor will teach you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale of breath. No. Please note:To assist us in providing a safe and healthy environment for you to exercise in you will be asked to complete a Health Screening Checklist at the start of the course.There are certain conditions that you should be aware of before starting Yoga. Please consult with your doctor beforehand if you have one or more of the conditions listed below:-Low/high blood pressure-Back/spinal injuries, past or present-Severe back or neck ache-Glaucoma-Taking medication -Step-by-step instructions from a Yoga tutor to help you learn.-Regular checking of your progress through observing movement.-Verbal and visual feedback to correct movements and posture. The Tutor may also use slight hands on to correct and direct techniques. You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor will assess the progress you have made. HALS welcomes your feedback (complaint, compliment or suggestion) as it is monitored and helps us to continually improve our courses. There are a number of opportunities for you to give your views at enrolment, during the course and at the end of your course.
